Fly-fishing & spin-fishing
Our region has 130 kilometres of fishing waters as well as eight mountain lakes. Just 20 minutes by car from Saalbach-Hinterglemm you will also find the beautiful Zeller See lake. The town of Zell am See, the largest in the Pinzgau region, is also well worth a visit.
Fishing shops
Visit the Achleitner fishing shop in Zell am See to get a fishing license for the Zeller See lake. Licenses for the Bräurup fishing area can be purchased from the Bräurup shop in Mittersill. No booking is required. Prices for fishing day tickets vary according to the area. Both shops also sell fishing equipment.

Bräurup is Austria's largest owner of fishing areas and offers guides for those new to the sport or keen to find the best waters. As well as providing insider info and tips, guides will also be happy to show guests different techniques such as stillwater fishing, fishing in mountain streams, etc.
