Holiday without allergensAs a member of the "Allergie PROFIS" group, we offer services and products for allergy sufferers that include special rooms, meals, spa treatments and much more. The European Centre for Allergy Research Foundation provides medical advice to ensure that all members meet the specified requirements, and assesses the hotels belonging to “Allergie PROFIS” every two years.
Because it’s good for you
- Our water is extremely soft (water hardness of dH 3.56!) and is therefore great for the hair and skin! We have had our own mountain spring for more than 60 years located some 250 m above the hotel. Mountain spring water is available throughout the hotel. This precious water is also revitalised based on the Grander method.
- Water fountain with Grander water and fresh organic apples, free to guests in the sauna world area.
- We only use the eco-certified Annemarie Börlind natural cosmetics range at our newly designed ‘GREEN SPA’ as well as the medical cosmetics range DadoSens (particularly suitable for allergy sufferers).
- The entire well-being area is non-smoking.

- All non-smoking rooms, suites and holiday apartments (53 in the Gartenhotel Theresia, 20 in the Hotel Johann).
- All indoor restaurants (3 in the Gartenhotel, 3 in the Aparthotel) and the lobby are non-smoking.
- All of the rooms come with ultra-hygienic ‘Royal’ mattresses which support the back perfectly and are ideal for allergy sufferers.
- Allergy-free bed linen, hard and soft mattresses and hard, soft or ergonomically designed pillows are all available on request.

- You can enjoy organic and healthy foods all day long as part of the packages booked.
- Food can also be tailored to take account of allergies, e.g. gluten/lactose/egg-free as well as low cholesterol or diabetic food. Our chef is also a dietary cook and responsible for the preparation of your food.
- Grander spring water served at all times (also with evening meal), organic apples with buffet from early till late
We would ask guests that suffer from allergies to provide information about their dietary requirements prior to their stay when booking.
