Special programme with the hotel proprietors, Harald and Marianne Brettermeier
- 1x per week walk/excursion to an organic farmer or beekeeper of the region with Mrs. Brettermeier (from May till October).
- 1x per week Mr. Brettermeier offers a guided tour through the hotel's art gallery by explaining his collection of art work.
- 1x per week history of the region "The footsteps of our ancestor's". Mrs. Brettermeier will explain the history of the family and the region with "help" of the photos in the lobby.

During her 5-year training at the Salzburg School of Tourism (1969 - 1974), Mrs Brettermeier wore a uniform with badges and the inscription ‘Schloss Klesheim Institute of Tourism HOSPES HOSPITI SACER’ (Latin for ‘The guests are sacred to the hosts’). It is based on this motto that the Brettermeier family and entire team spoil guests to the Theresia – no wish is too much.

- Mountain spring water is available throughout the hotel. This precious water is also revitalised based on the Grander method.
- Guest-friendly opening times at the water world (water temperatures summer 25 - 32 ° C, winter 30 - 38 °C) with indoor pool (midnight until midnight) and outdoor pools (summer from 7 am, winter from 2 pm, until 8 pm), as well as at the sauna world (open from 11 am until 8 pm) with a sauna, sanarium, brine steam bath, aroma grottos, Alpine fresh air garden and relaxation pyramid.
- Water fountain with Grander water and fresh organic apples, free to guests in the sauna world area.
- We only use the eco-certified Annemarie Börlind natural cosmetics range at our newly designed ‘GREEN SPA’ as well as the medical cosmetics range DadoSens (particularly suitable for allergy sufferers).

- All non-smoking rooms, suites and holiday apartments (53 in the Gartenhotel Theresia****S, 20 in the Hotel Johann****).
- All indoor restaurants (3 in the Gartenhotel Theresia****S, 3 in the Hotel Johann****) and the lobby are non-smoking.
- Smoking is permitted in the ‘Cow 1976’ bar and the Feng Shui garden restaurant.
- All of the rooms come with ultra-hygienic ‘Royal’ mattresses which support the back perfectly and are ideal for allergy sufferers.
- In the Penhab and Gamshag suites, the slatted bed frames can be adjusted using infra-red remote control.
- Allergy-free bed linen, hard and soft mattresses and hard, soft or ergonomically designed pillows are all available on request.
