Tips for your room reservation and payment at the
Gartenhotel and Aparthotel: You may pay the bill by cash, Maestro or by Visa credit card and Master credit card. Austrian and/or international hotel contract terms are applicable. Final confirmation of your reservation
is secured only after receipt of a deposit by credit card, cheque, postal transfer or bank transfer. At the same
time, we also require a written confirmation of your reservation.

Check-In/ Check-Out

CHECK-IN: at the latest 4 pm
CHECK-OUT: at the lastest 11 am

On request, sooner check-in or later check-out possible - please ask for it!

If you arrive in the very early morning or at nighttime of yout arrival day and you already want to use the room, please unterstand that we have to charge it.

If you arrive after 8.30 pm or during the night, please inform us, because we will prepare a plate with cold cuts, which you will find in your room.

If you have the intention to depart before 7.30 am, we offer a "thermo-breakfast". For your journey back home a packed lunch will be prepared on demand - free of charge.
