The rental rate includes daily make up of the apartment´s bed and living rooms, change of towels and bath towels daily, working expenses(heating,water,electricity...), use of the "Mountain Green Spa" with sauna-world, indoor/outdoor-pools, panorama gym, participation at the weekly activity programme, nanny-supervision from 2 years on, parking for 1 car per apartment in front of the hotel.
Rental rates (1 to 6 nights and from 7 nights see chart*) per apartment, per night.

Local tax of € 1,10 per person and night is to be paid extra. Children under the age of 15 are free.

Daily bread, rolls, pastries can be booked extra.
The "Salzburger organic breakfast" buffet costs € 25,00 per adult.
The Wellbeing Half board in the restaurant of the Aparthotel can be booked extra. It costs from € 41,00 to € 50,00 per adult. For children - according to season and age - reduced price.
FREE for children till the age of 18; from 6.- 23.12.2011 and 10.3.-11.4.2012 (if at least 2 adults book the half board and you stay for 1 week).
FREE for children till the age of 6 from 6.-23.12.2011, 7.1.-4.2.2012 and 10.3.-11.4.2012.
Last possibility of arrival for stay over New Year's Eve: 23rd of December 2011.
During the New Year's Eve period (23.12.2011 - 7.1.2012), the apartments can be booked just with half board.
Supplement for board in the Gartenhotel for € 15,00 per adult and day, for children reduced price. (Only upon availability, prebooking absolute required.)
Daily cleaning can be booked also extra. It costs € 20,00 per 2-room apartment, € 30,00 per 3-room apartment and € 40,00 per 4-room apartment per day.
