The rental rate includes daily make up of the apartment´s bed and living rooms, change of towels and bath towels daily*, use of sauna-world and indoor/outdoor-pools, participation at the weekly activity programme, nanny-supervision from 2 years on, parking for 1 car per apartment in front of the hotel, working expenses (heating,water,electricity...).

The "Salzburger BIO-Frühstück" (€ 25,00 per adult and day) or "extended Wellness-Halfboard" in the restaurants of the Aparthotel ( from € 40,00 to € 49,00 per adult per day) available. For children we have special rates.
Supplement for meals at the Gartenhotel at the rate of € 13 per adult per day can be booked, children pay reducted price. (You have to book it in advance.)
At Christmas, New Year's Eve period (19.12.2009-09.01.2010) and Carnival week (13.-20.02.2010) the holiday apartments are only available with extended Wellness-Halfboard.
