The apartments are sound proof and equipped with: hot plates, dish-washer, coffee percolator, fridge with freezer, telephone, radio, safe, vacuum-cleaner, on loan cleaning agents, tea-towels...enough tableware and kitchen utensils, glasses, bed-linen... ,
free broadband internet hook-up for your own laptop; wakeup call, radio, safe, at least 2 cable-TV (32 channels and Premiere TV), babyphone, hair drier, toiletries, etc.... .
The rental rate includes daily make up of the apartment´s bed and living rooms, change of towels and bath towels daily*, use of sauna-world and indoor/outdoor-pools, participation at the weekly activity programme, nanny-supervision from 2 years on, parking for 1 car per apartment in front of the hotel, working expenses ( heating,water,electricity...);

*Intensive, total cleaning (incl. kitchen, bathroom, etc.) available; supplement € 10,-/15,-/20,- (according to the size of the apartment)

At Christmas, on New Year's Eve (23.12.07-6.1.08) and carnival/Faschingsweek (2.2.-9.2.08) the holiday apartments are only available with extended Wellness-Halfboard. .
Children and juveniles up to the 18th birthday only pay HALF the regular low and mid-season rate for children and juveniles.

FREE nanny supervision (for children from 2 to 10/12 years) and lunch and soft drinks in the kidsclub during opening hours
