Extended breakfast with organic products, cold and hot dishes to everyone's taste enriched with the so called "Salzburger Organic Breakfast" with milk, yoghurt,eggs, honey, jam, cereals, butter, sausage and ham from local bio-farmers, as well as fat reduced and meat, fish, cheese und wholemeal bread, freshly pressed fruit juices, all sorts of fresh fruits, vegetables und "Fair Trade"-coffee, a variety of coffees (Cappuccino, Latte Macchiato, Espresso etc.), all kinds of tees (also biological) and sparkling wine. If desired, we serve a special breakfast for late risers from 10.30 am - 12.00 am !
Our dishes are created with herbs, natural spices, salt and pepper. Flavour enhancers and packaged seasoning are a no-go in our kitchen!
Lunch Snackbuffet
(from 12.30 pm to 2.00 pm): with raw fruit and vegetables and salad buffet, soup, 2 main courses and dessert (or packed lunch instead of lunch buffet).
Afternoon Buffet
(3.00 pm to 5.00 pm): Coffee, tea, variations of cake and strudel, ice cream buffet.
Evening
6.30 pm to 8.30 pm, which means you can still start dining at 8.30 pm of course: (In addition our little guests can choose between 15 different dishes every day).
Daylong:
Non-alcoholic drinks from the minibar in rooms and suites (not in holiday apartments).
7.30 am to 5.pm free non-alcoholic drinks from the buffet: "Grander still Water" is also served at dinner for free • A basket full of apples all day long.
The Grander method provides energized and healthy spring water. -in every room, out of any tap.
Lunch packets- composed exactly after your personal preferences and taste- for your homeward journey.
For early birds - before 7.30 am- we offer a Thermo-breakfast (à la carte).
Every diet - Allergies, diabetes, cholesterol free, gluten free at celiac disease etc.
We would ask guests that suffer from allergies to provide information
about their dietary requirements prior to their stay when booking.
